Biofeedback - Enhance emotional balance and focus

Biofeedback is a drug-free, evidence-based technique that helps individuals learn to better regulate their mind and body. It has been shown to be effective in treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, while also improving focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being in children, adolescents, and adults.

Our clinic uses advanced, state-of-the-art equipment to provide Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRV-B), which supports stress management, resilience, and peak performance. We also offer Neurofeedback (NFB), a form of biofeedback that uses real-time brain activity (EEG) to help train self-regulation of brain function.

During sessions, sensors provide feedback about your body and brain activity, helping you learn subtle changes that can improve emotional stability, focus, and overall mental functioning. Please contact the office with any questions.
