Biofeedback - Enhance emotional balance and focus

Biofeedback, a drug free, learned technique to control mind and body functions, is the go to standard for personal development. Our system teaches emotional balance and focus, and has been proven to be effective in school, business, and sports, and with children, adolescents, and adults. With our Biofeedback training, you and your family can achieve more in life. By teaching you to control your brain's functions, you can enhance overall personal creativity and success. Our clinic uses only the best, most up to date equipment available, designed by some of the world's leading researchers and clinicians. Our Heart rate variability biofeedback (HRVB) is your evidence based path to PEAK PERFORMANCE.
Significant research supports the application of biofeedback heart rate variability techniques as treatment for health concerns including anxiety, depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which have been shown to respond favorably to our techniques.

We use a type of biofeedback known as Neurofeedback (NFB), which encompasses real time displays of brain activity (EEG) to teach self regulation of brain function. This system is also known as Neurotherapy or Neurofeedback.

With biofeedback, which may be covered by insurance, we use sensors that help you receive information about your mind and body. This feedback helps you focus on making subtle changes in your mind, to improve emotional stability and overall mental functioning.
