Billing and Office Staff
Bridgette O-BBilling & Credentialing Manager
My name is Bridgette, and I’ve spent more than 18 years working in medical and mental health billing. I’m passionate about helping clinicians manage the financial side of their practice so they can stay focused on what matters most — their patients. Nothing is more satisfying to me than seeing a claim paid correctly the first time. Every clean submission means fewer denials, fewer appeals, and fewer barriers for patients. Contributing to a smoother, more functional healthcare system is exactly where I want to be. I also enjoy working directly with patients to help them understand their benefits and the full Revenue Cycle Management process from start to finish. If you have questions about our billing practices, accepted insurances, or your potential out‑of‑pocket costs, you’re welcome to reach out through the contact page. When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with the two teenagers who call me “mom” — still surreal. Mental health has shaped my life and the lives of those closest to me, so I make it a priority to attend mental health conferences and stay current on the ever‑changing laws and policies that impact care today. |
